Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

The Company Secretary & Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, Listing Obligations, and other applicable statutory requirements. The role involves supporting the Board of Directors, managing corporate governance practices, and ensuring timely regulatory compliances.

● Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, Listing Requirements, and other applicable laws.

● Manage statutory and regulatory filings with ROC, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Depositories, and Registrar & Transfer Agents.
● Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), including preparation of agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutes.
● Maintain statutory registers, secretarial records, and corporate documentation.
● Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, consultants, regulatory authorities, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
● Support IPOs, listing compliances, corporate actions, and ensure adherence to SEBI (LODR), Insider Trading, and Corporate Governance requirements.
● Advise the Board and senior management on legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters.

● Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).
● 3–8 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial and compliance functions.
● Experience with listed companies, SME IPOs, or capital market transactions will be an added advantage.

● Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and Listing Requirements.
● Strong understanding of corporate governance and statutory compliance.
● Proficiency in legal drafting, documentation, and regulatory filings.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

CA Intermediate

The CA Intermediate will be responsible for supporting the Finance & Accounts function by assisting in accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance. The role requires maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely compliance with applicable regulations, and supporting day-to-day finance activities.

● Maintain books of accounts, accounting records, and financial documentation.
● Assist in GST compliance, return filing, TDS calculations, and other direct and indirect tax compliances.
● Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls.

● CA Intermediate (Single Group or Both Groups cleared).
● Relevant internship or work experience in accounting, taxation, or audit will be preferred.

● Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
● Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
● Understanding of audit procedures, costing, and inventory accounting.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar platforms.

Chartered Accountant

The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, treasury, budgeting, and financial controls. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, supporting strategic financial planning, and providing financial insights to the management.

● Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
● Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, SEBI Regulations, Listing Requirements, and other statutory obligations.
● Coordinate with statutory, internal, tax, cost, and secretarial auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
● Support IPOs, fundraising, due diligence, listing compliances, and preparation of Board reports, investor presentations, and financial disclosures.

● Qualified Chartered Accountant (Member of ICAI).
● 3–8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance.
● Experience in listed companies, IPOs, manufacturing, or export-oriented businesses will be preferred.

● Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and SEBI Regulations.
● Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or similar platforms, along with Advanced MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Export Documentation Executive

The Export Documentation Executive will be responsible for managing export documentation, shipment coordination, and regulatory compliance to ensure the timely and accurate execution of export orders in accordance with applicable trade regulations and company procedures.

● Prepare and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading (BL), Airway Bills (AWB), and Certificates of Origin (COO).
● Coordinate with freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, banks, and regulatory authorities for smooth shipment execution.
● Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, FEMA, Foreign Trade Policy, APEDA, FSSAI, Plant Quarantine, and other applicable export regulations.
● Process export incentive claims, manage shipment tracking, container planning, and maintain export records and MIS.

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, International Business, or a related discipline.
● 2–5 years of relevant experience in export documentation and logistics. Experience in the FMCG, food, or manufacturing sector will be preferred.

● Knowledge of export documentation, Customs procedures, DGFT regulations, and export incentive schemes.
● Working knowledge of E-Sanchit, ICEGATE, DGFT Portal, HS Code classification, Incoterms, and bank documentation.
● Proficiency in ERP/Export Management Software, Tally or SAP, along with Advanced MS Excel.
